My late hubby started this forum for me years ago and now I REALLY need your help. All of my brake lights are gone on my 95 XJS convertible.. My friend has checked bulbs and the brake switch under the dash ( the switch is not seized). We need to know where the electrical connections are for the lights and what the 4 pin connector coloured wires got to. I have down loaded a plethora of manual stuff but there is no wiring harness diagrams and nothing specific to the brake lights in any of the materials - very weird
Would greatly appreciate some help

In this case, working without a wiring diagram is pure folly. There has to be a wiring diagram somewhere. Here is one for my 94.

OMG - can't believe where the relay is. Had to litterally crawl in the trunk to even get a glimpse. Thank you for the schematic; helped a lot.
