A couple of things to consider. The 7J x 16 wheels fitted as standard on the facelift have an offset (ET) of 28.5 whereas your new wheels are wider and have an offset (ET) of 33mm. I think you will find that a) the wheel rim might foul the steering arm knuckle and/or b) the centre of the wheel will not fit over the centre of the hub.
Below is a picture on my 1995 Facelift with 8J x 18 x 33mm ET wheels . To get them to fit I had to fit 5mm thick spacers to the front hubs and I think it will be the same for your proposed wheels. I fitted Jaguar specific hub centric spacers made in Germany and bought via ebay. You don't need the spacers on the rear but I fitted them anyway because I wanted to keep the front and rear track in sync and I thought it looked better. Some people will say don't ever fit spacers and in an ideal world perhaps you wouldn't but they have been on my car for 5 years and I have not had any problems. If you want to go 'belt and braces' then you can swap the front wheel studs for those from an XJ40 which are 5/16" longer, I have these but haven't got around to fitting them yet.

Default Jaguar Revolver Wheels on my 1990 XJS

These are 17" Revolver wheels from a later XK8. I also had to fit 5 mm spacers on the front to allow fitment to the XJS hubs. Otherwise, no problems and no rubbing. The 17" wheels are fitted with 235/50R17 Goodyear Eagle Sport A/S tires. They fill out the wheel wells nicely and give an updated look to the old V12 coupe. This car is now for sale in southwest Missouri.

None of this is a concern with the wheels in question from the OP.
