UK, both new and second hand, but of course freight would be huge because of their size when packed.

Brand new 160 GBP. Second hand in good condition is a matter of looking on ebay.co.uk regularly where I reckon about 40 UKP, or so. Also there are loads of breakers who have them from time to time. The problem is the size of the box to ship, it has to be about 7 Feet by 3 feet to hold it and some packaging. So the freight people charge for the volume, as the weight is very little in comparison.
