Default Air pump and loose hose

To the air pump there is a rubber hose (now broken) connected to a small bend pipe, ending in nothing. I can't find out where this is supposed to bee connected. The rubber hose is connected to what in the attached scema is marked as 8 (Air filter outlet) at the air pump. Should this then in the other end bee connected to the right air filter canister? If so, how? Maybee I'm missing some parts. Does anyone have a clue?

Yes, to backside the RH air cleaner canniser. Each end of your pipe should have a rubber elbow hose. Looks like the remnants of one are still there....I think that's the end going to the air pump.

Cheers
