Default Altenator wiring
New altenator arrived I have 3 terminals on the rear
I can see where the battery main cable goes but is it safe to assume the warning light goes on the D+?

i have a capacitor on my old Bosch alternator, that is connected to the "W" terminal, is this neccesary on the new land rover one?
