So after paying for my ROM and waiting two weeks now I phoned the vendor BooksForCars to ask what was going on. I had emailed them a week ago when they queried my contact info.

Apparently they actually don't have the book in stock dispite flogging it on Ebay. I don't know how long they were going to hand onto the money for before they let me know.

Bloody pissed off!!!

 

On the upshot, they did refund my money back today...
