Default Brainfart: Hot Wheels Cars as Key Chains

It is a good problem to have if you try to figure out which ignition key goes with which XJS. Did the rusty key go with the silver or the blue XJS? And which previous owner had 'Jim's XJS'? Ok, after a while it gets annoying.

I tried to find XJS key chains online. But even four different key chains would only create new confusion.

So in my infinite wisdom (*** kidding ***) I found a solution to the problem. Color-matching Hot Wheels cars as key chains. Now the red Hot Wheels XJS has the keys for the - guess - red XJS.

It also nicely illustrates that I should not paint any real cars myself. :-)

Whatever works! Looks like a fine solution to me.

Brilliant Andreas! How did you fix the rings to the models?

The rings are hooks with screws at one end. Luckily the rear bumpers are plastic and pretty easy to drill into.

Now all I need is enough money to afford several of them to utilize this great idea!
