I replaced the steering column assembly including turn signal with cruise control, wiper arm, moved some lighting circuits and replace the headlight relay system with new latching relay and additional relay for to have four head lamps on at the same time.

The new headlamps work the turn signal works until I step on the brake pedal then it blows circuit #5 in the main fuse box. Can I remove some load from fuse #5 or is there something missing in the wiring? The new wiper I purchased would stop at the bottom of screen. Now the wiper stops randomly on the wind screen liem the old one.

Help!
