Camshaft cover screw tightness?

Question Camshaft cover screw tightness?
Hi guys,
How tight should these screws be? The ones that secure the camshaft cover? They are sort of loose, should I tighten them by hand?

You have the 6 cylinder car right? On a V12 it is nicely tight but not stupid tight as Grant would say. Also a spring washer under the bolt head is a good plan, assuming there is room on your engine.

Thats what I thought, but better to check on here before I do anything. Please take a look at my other post about oil pressure Greg.....
