codes p1514 and p1516

codes p1514 and p1516
had this problem for a while now, these are the codes I get when the
'Check engine' light goes on.
Im thinking its the rotory switch on the side of the transmission.
If I am correct, does anyone on this forum have the 'alignment tool'
