Hear pumps going up....hear nothing on down. Quarter panels do nothing on down also.
Bad switch? It worked just a week ago...
Had the quarters gone down when Down switch was activated before? When did this start? Quarters are supposed to go down right away and delay on the way up. Pump running in both directions means the activation switch is working. hand brake pulled?

Yes, everything worked about a week ago. Pump not running on ‘down’. And yes, parking brake set.
Swap the top down relay with the top up relay first. Also check power after the thermal breakers. You can also unplug and re-plug the connector at the module/ECU. Little black box at the base of the relay panel.
View of relays looking aft. Note fuse location is on left which means you are looking aft. if you are standing at the trunk looking at the relay panel, the fuse will be on the right side, so note your orientation.
Also. if your suspect the switch, apply a ground to the down signal wire on the switch plug. All the switch does is apply a ground to each leg going to the ECU for up and down selection. Then the ECU gathers all of the external sensor info like parking brake, speed etc, and then if all good, internally provides a ground to the "Down" signal leg to the down relay and down quarters. Power should be present on the other side of the relay coil all the time. The fact that the windows don't go down when top down is selected, tells me there's no 12v power waiting or provided which provides for both the top down and the windows.
The roof switch works exactly like the window switches work...if you suspect the switch, just plug it into one of your window switches...if it works, you know its the switch, if it doesn't, you know it isn't!
