Happy New Year!

Just a couple questions to start the year off right. The electric cooling fan on my 95 4.0 comes on with engine start, and is constantly running, even when the A/C is off.

Additionally, the A/C is not fully functional. The A/C button light cannot be disengaged, and I cannot select de-mist or manual modes. The heater is...well, lukewarm at best. Also, as I only noticed on a long road trip, the climate fans gradually cease to work. The A/C must be switched off for 10-15 minutes, and the fans will work correctly for another 45-60 minutes after that.

I'm wondering if the cooling fan and the A/C issues are related. Maybe a bad control unit?
