Default Dammmmmm again

So I unplugged the two coil packs to clean up and lubricate the contacts and bugger me if one of the little tags that hold the plug onto the coil didn't just go 'ping..' and fly off. Now as this is the cable end is this this plug still available or does anyone have a scrappie car that they could cut a good plug off.

These are genereic AMP superseal plugs. You'll get them in a well sorted parts shop or on ebay/amazon/...

I have extra...
PM and I will drop one in an envelope to you...

do yourself a BIG favor.... BUY two coils NOW!
Ignition Coil URO Parts DAC4608 fits 89-92 Jaguar XJS 5.3L-V12
one went out and I have a restricted exhaust on bank b now I have to replace cats on...
(with the new coil it has 33% more power and gas mileage even with the melted bank B cat.)
so I ordered two more coils and have them in hand!
runs so smooth now...

Glad you received it...
I had bought a bunch for my injector project...
( new harness that I could plug in normally... or into a new computer system that could handle more zones or per injector)
the system we use does 4 zones (3 injectors per zone) the newer xj12 does 6 zones (with 2 injectors per zone) and waste spark...
we do odds evens per side... and use one O2 sensor..
would have been nice if the cast manifolds were odd even and used 2 O2 sensors.. but left over part from previous years and packaging (limited space) rule

Nice! I feel lucky... For some reason the harness on my XJS was in decent condition... What I do need to replace are the FI connections tho. And I will.

Thanks for this. I can use the coil products,,, and I was reading a thread by someone else here that can as well. Good digs! Be Good!
