Default do you think the garbage man would take this?

these V12 parts wont fit in my waste bin. should i get a bigger trashcan or just leave them in my yard to rot away into nothingness. i mean i have 2 cams, 2 heads, 4 exhaust manifolds, a wiper arm assembly,a timing cover, a crank, pistons, rods, oil pan, crank pulley, etc. i suppose i could make some garage art out of them. maybe a nice lamp shade or something.
does anyone have any suggestions, cause i dont think the garbage man would take this.

probably not the block, but the other stuff, dont see why not. I'd throw it all in my trash can and throw a bag of house hold garbage on top to hide it all. by the time they dump it into their truck and see what was t the bottom... it would be too late. Doubt they'll go digging to get it out.

To bad we're so far apart, I'd take all those parts and rebuild it! Unless the block was split in half it's rebuildable! Heads the same.

Do the Top Gear UK thing. Put a piece of tempered glass on top of leveled head bolts and make a nice coffee table out of it.
not sure if this is allowed:

You must have metal recyclers in your area? Usually someone will take free scrap metal, they'll pick it up.

Same here, depending on where you live and the accessibility there are pickers and scrappers who drive around looking for metal.

If you strip the block to bare aluminium you can probably get 100$ for it alone because cast alu is going for about 50 cents per pound.

If you dont want to be bothered, jump on craigslist usually people list adds for clean outs. If you call a few chances are one of them will gladly haul away that stuff for free.
