Lesson learned today, once again. I replaced the starter a couple years ago with an $80 refurbished one from BBB manufacturing. Today the base of the starter actually disconnected from.the motor housing causing the gear to not conmect anymore... The motor just spins...

I didnt even need this starter... Just thought I would replace it as assurance. So much for that. Old original one is going back in.
