Door Seal Substitute Needed

Door Seal Substitute Needed
I have a 1996 XJS Convertible and I am getting water coming in from the passenger's side. Through a lot of testing, I believe the culprit is the old "Seal Retainer" or Part#BJC1426. It appears to be NLA.
Any suggestions on a substitute?
