Hello fellow XJSers,


So my expansion tank is leaking. It was originally sweating a bit, but now it's definitely leaking a good stream, leaving little kitty puddles everywhere it goes. I gave consideration that Morris might be marking its territory, but alas I don't believe this is the case.


A new expansion tank costs about $170ish. The financing in itself is not the issue, as that bucket with money with lighter fluid on it is ready on the go. No, the problem is that I can't find anyone that actually has one. So having said this, does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions as to where I might be able to get my old one fixed/repaired? Really appreciate any ideas and input.


Ninja Edit: I hit the post whilst I realized I hadn't checked eBay. They have them on sale there for about $120 and up. I answered my own question. Will get one from there. *sigh* Shouldn't post when I'm 3/4 asleep.
