FF67 on 94 XJS V12

All

I have a check engine light that I can't shake on my 94 XJS V12. The code is FF67. Any idea how to debug it?

Following up, checked today and the smog pump is running on and off so it appears to be engaging. It takes about 10 minutes to trip the light after the check engine light goes on.

I also received a code FF67. My pump would also turn on. It ended up being nothing more then replacing the relay and clearing the computer. Problem solved.
