Default Which fuse for opticell? (1989 XJS, UK RHD)

Hello, I've spent 2 hours researching this and can't find the answer. When changing the opticell today (1989 XJS 3.6, UK RHD), I think I may have blown the fuse. I think I've blown it because the new opticell was working then stopped when I was fiddling around with the wires, with the ignition on. Can someone tell me which fuse the opticell runs off please, so I can check it?

In a V12 it is the same fuse as for the panel lights, fuse number 7 (counting from the left) in the main fuse box under the steering wheel on the shin trim; I think the 3.6 will be the same. It also controls the cigar lighter. The fuse box cover should have the fuse numbers and circuit identification on a label on the inside.
It is quite fequent now that the copper clips that hold the fuses give up their spring-ness or get slightly corrded and will not conduct. So worth checking that aspect.
