Default Garage Find in France

For a moment I though this might have been in OB's backyard, then I saw it was in France!
What a score for the owners.
C'est la vie.

Damn.

I reckon Greg (Greg in France) should be all over this like a rash. Just the thing to keep him occupied for a year or 2.

Hi Bill

Thanks for that! (lol)

I'll have you know I've only got six left!

So believe it or not I can actually cut the grass now!

One of them is a Scrapper that's been full of useful parts and another one has got the old brake booster (pre-Teves) system, which I'm tempted to remove and put into one of my good ones.

All are V12 except for my Celebration Convertible, which I'm hoping will be a 'Banker' when prices go up.

Did you see 'The Classic Car Show' last night 7pm Channel 5 (UK)

Its going to be a Series and I think they will be featuring the XJS in one of the episodes, though wasn't in the one that was on last night.

Definately worth a watch though, for anyone who is into Classic Cars.

The story is actually a fake... People have known of that collection for decades... But the owner was too stubborn to sell up. Now he has passed away it is all of a sudden an "amazing find" and "never heard of before"

In fairness, Daim has unintentionally misled you. The cars and the farm are real enough. A very few people did know about them, but the point of the article is that they are now going on sale for the first time.

Just shows what the XJS will be worth if you can wait long enough!

The Ferrari has just sold in Paris for $16,000,000. In total the cars raised about 30,000,000 US (£20,000,000).
