Interesting, I found the problem with the high beam indicator. The printed circuit contact had folded out of reach of the plug. Glued the contact back on the board and turned the lights on. On low beam I got a dim blue LED light and on high beam got a much brighter LED light. Checked voltage and dim was about 7vts and bright was at battery voltage. Don't know if I got a plus. I can tell the status of my lights by looking at the dash. On the other hand I could do the same looking out the window! Did tape off the Bulb Out light, but don't think that caused the change in the beam indicater
