1983 XJS. Sorry if my terminology is poor, but last night I was trying to remove the vacuum line that runs to the top of the brake booster (aka servo) when the plastic adapter/plug/valve thing broke:
Is this something I can replace on its own or will I need to purchase a new servo?

Here’s where I’m at. Either super glue the old plastic piece back together or attempt to use the Dorman one I picked up today. Will probably just order another jag one but in the meantime need to have something to move the car short distances. Video below.
By the way, all the Jaguar versions I've seen were red and had a single nipple. I think the one you have is a replacement intended for some other application or perhaps a "universal" replacement

Yeah I suspected as much. I noticed in your picture what looks like a bag of grease; is greasing the plastic elbow recommended? (Talking about the side that goes into the servo, not the vacuum line side).
