Default E11 Decal

It is an E11 Type approval decal. I don't think these were ever available as a spare from Jaguar.

I have all the E11 designs but there doesn't seem to be enough demand to make having these produced cost effective...although let me know if I'm wrong.

Regards
David

In my '94 XJS, I'm missing the following stickers:

Brake Fluid Reservoir sticker

Coolant overflow (the black tank) sticker

Mass Airflow Sensor sticker

I wonder if there are more members here with some of these stickers missing. It may be easier to have somebody manufacture them if a reasonable quantity is ordered.
If you need some of these stickers and are obviously reading this, please say so to assess the true demand.
Thank you.

As an XJS owner I have already remanufactured a number of Jaguar's decals and have the designs for almost all fitted betwwen 1975 and 1996.

I have the brake reservoir decals and the coolant decal (original) in stock. There are 3 variations of the brake decals...I have them all.

I don't want to abuse the forum with a blatant sales pitches but please contact me directly if you have any requirements.

Regards

What do these E11 labels mean? I can't make any sense of the numbers. I don't think any USA cars have ever had them.

Just curious

Cheers

These decals show the standards and regulations applied to areas of the cars production. E11 indicates this is a UK manufactured car...other countries have different numbers. 1=Germany, 2=France...

The US are not signed up to this standard and have their own Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.

The codes refer to the standard for aporoval. For example R17 is seat belts and restraints. The second part is manufacturers approval reference.

If you have a halfway decent resolution of the sticker then you should be able to get one made pretty cheaply by a print shop.

Also places online

I do have the design files for all the decals. The issue (and cost) is getting the correct materials, inks and adhesive capable of survival in a hot engine bay. I've seen cheap stickers fall off one minute after being applied.
