How do I reattach the facelift rear bumper?
Vee,
The leading edge of the bumper cover slides into the edge of a flattened-s type strip which is probably still riveted to your car.
It effectively slots into that strip and is held through the tightness of the strip. In my experience, it often wants to pull out from that strip. After repeated episodes of it falling out, I then screwed in 3 short self-tappers through the strip and into the leading edge of the plastic bumper cover; one at each end and one in the middle. This completely resolved the problem of the edge coming loose.
Hope that makes sense. If you get under the car, you'll see the strip under the car.
Cheers
Paul

Thank you!
There were already some drain holes or something in the flange/ slot on my car, so I drilled a couple holes on the bumper nearby and zip tied the flappy bit back on. The flange itself is supposed to have additional metal clips but they were broken.
