(1) Using the Edge Browser get this Forum on the Screen.

(2) Click: the 3 dots (...) at the Top Right of the Screen.

(3) Click: Pin to Start.

(4) Next time you want to access this Site. Click: the Start Button (The one that looks like a 'Window' Bottom Left)

(5) You will see the 'Tile' that you created.

(6) Click: on the 'Tile' and it will take you to this Site.

While you can also list it in 'Favourites' You might find this a bit quicker and the same method works for other Web Sites that support it.

And in case you were thinking of asking, No you can't change the Colour of the 'Tile' at the moment.
