How to manually lower the top???
#2
You didn't mention what year the car was ?
If it's a 2 seater only, open the cubby box behind the front seats. There is a cover on the right hand side of the box covering the hydraulic pump and relays, etc. Remove the cover then turn the valve on the top of the hydraulic cylinder from AUTO to MANUAL. Unclip the roof from the front screen and push it back.
If the car is a later 2+2 the procedure will be the same but the location of the box may be more tricky to find.
