Default How To Pair New Remote to my XJS?

Hello,

I知 new to all this.

But I知 desperate.

My JAG 1993 XJS is asking me to (re) pair the remote with the car, since the battery was dead.
I lost my note How to do it.
Can anyone please help me.
The beeping sound is killing me.

Connect the battery. After each beep press the remote and a horn sound will tell you it paired. It will beep 5 times and you must press the remote after each beep. If you only have 1 remote then it must be pressed after each beep.

Also tell us what car you have. Makes helping you easier...
