Has anyone made the jump to led headlights. They've come on over the last couple of years, but the quality available seems mixed to say the least. So, has anyone done it, can recommend what they used?

I tried them in my xjrs but dip would not work. They were fine on the bench and in another vehicle but not in the jag. I put it down to the low current draw and the jaguar dip system.

 

there are so many type and configuration of LED head light replacement blubs... that a general question is not useful...


I personally bought one type and have them in the wife's van
no index for the 3 conection tech support from china was the worst I have ever experienced... and so they are great on low beam but the high not so much....


I am about to try a completely differently designed LED BLUB and I am expecting better results...


How about I try them first in the XJS... and let you guys know... (the Wife's Van gets first dibs though)

try that
bought some white foam board so I can do the Head light bulb comparison in the stock housings
going to mark of the distance and set the foam board and take a picture of the stock light on them at distances, then the same distances w the new bulbs...

 

How do you put them, position them and adjust them inside the headlight assy? Break it open, I've heard, then epoxy the assy back together.
