I just purchased an aftermarket direct fit downpipe and converter manufactured by Eastern Catalytic Converter. You can go to their website to determine the one you need (straight pipe or flared) and then check prices with several online vendors. I also purchased new O2 sensors. Two things - the price of the O2 sensors were double what I paid at some of the vendors and the donut gaskets that came with the converters ended up leaking. I had to pull the converters back off and putting larger donuts in. I would say where I made my purchase but not sure if allowed on this forum.

One more thing is to make sure the O2 sensors are connected exactly the way they were on the original.

You'll need two EBC9388a and a CAC4336 from what I can see on the JDHT website. You can use Google to find them. They're available from a lot of places, including eBay and RockAuto, as well as the typical Jaguar specialty shops. You could even get the dealer to get them for you. You may need the special, one time use only locking nuts JZN100024.

You might want to consider replacing your exhaust manifold gaskets as well, since you're already there? I believe you're supposed to loosen the manifolds to join up the pipes. If that's the case, you may as well change out NBC2909AA and EBC11330. And check out NBC2903AC.

Lastly the studs connecting that downpipe to the manifolds didn't always come off... I might recommend four EAC3823 parts.

Might be best to put together an order through JDHT. Everything should still be available. (Buy work gloves and make sure you have a torque wrench and long socket extensions (24" min) to do this work. You'll be spending quite a bit of time under that car to loosen/tighten those JZN nuts I referenced. Fair warning, you get one shot with those...might want to order a few spares.

No problem. I replaced the exhaust manifolds, so I've already done most of the work you're about to do. I think loosening the manifolds makes it easier to make the connection to the downpipe and is recommended anyways.

I hope you have a service manual. I remember it having a pretty good writeup on what to do.

Make sure you have antiseize.
