Default NEW TWR and Lister body kits available

Thought I'd throw this out there as there still seems to be interest in them.
Jaguar Spares International has both of the TWR & Lister body kits available NEW ! Cost is just under 600
british pounds. This is less expensive than most used kits available that all seem to require fiberglass repair etc. Each part is available individually if needed. Can be found here
New TWR Body Kit
They also sell a few fiberglass panels for those looking for such.

the Lister kit is on page 6.
It's not that the kits are hard to find, but unless you live in Britian, no one is willing to ship. Pick up only.
And just to let you know, once the rear spoiler is attached, your trunk ( boot ) lid will not be able to stay up.
I have yet to find a set of struts that will fit and work. If anyone knows of a set that works, please add to the thread.

These are Lister and TWR “style”.

They are remakes

i always wondered how these are secured, i cant see anywhere to fasten a body kit.

Anyone know how TWR and Lister secured these back in the day?

Self tappers straight into the sills/bodywork! Guastly.

Dont know about twr, but for lister they did a bit more than stick a kit on. 😅
The body is cut and changed in several places, whole rear wheel tubs and side scoops. Front arches, boot and rear chopped about..
Those kits are made to just kind of look a bit like them.

even for the basic kit? There was a nut and bolt restoration of one of these recently and I do not recall any body modifications.

The TWR kits I've seen require different bumper shocks front and back.
Or maybe a straight rod distance piece in place of original, I forget.

Real TWR kits have TWR cast into the front and rear covers.

i dont know about the style kits they did, but this one has a lot of metalwork done. We had a lot of holes filled when it was back to bare metal.

by basic kit I mean the front/rear bumper and side skirts, not the custom wide body jobs they did on the too line conversions. These mount to standard body work, other than whatever holes are required for fasteners, I am curious to know what extensive metal work is required.

The north american spec TWR kits fit over the standard 5 mph bumpers, not very pretty if you ask me, kills the look. The UK/Euro spec TWR kits should fit with the standard UK/Euro brackets(no shock absorber) I would think.
