How do I fix a leak where the 2 lines from the oil filter go into the block?

I'm a bit confused. Although you haven't said here, i think you have a 4 litre car? In which case the filter is mounted to a plate directly to the block. There aren't any lines that go from the filter to the block.

Oil cooler lines? Those tend to leak. If you live a hot climate dont delete them. Have them remade using your original couplers
