Can anyone shed any light on what type of XJS conversion this is ?

Notice the strange rear quarter panels/fenders with cut outs for the trunk spoiler..... notice also the very small rear window in the top.......

 

Looks like they've grafted on an XJ6 boot/trunk. Had to modify the back of the convertible top to fit over the higher rear of the tonneau. Probably a one-off. I rather like it.
