Pulsing just off idle?

Pulsing just off idle?
So after my catch up maintenance I took a 50 mile drive today. I'm experiencing a hesitation just off idle and a little pulsing at minimal throttle input. It picks up with just a tiny bit more throttle. I set the butterflys at .002, and adjusted all the slack out of the throttle rods. Is this a sign of a throttle potentiometer out of adjustment or a worn contact area? Could someone give me a link in the Forum on how to adjust the TPS please.....PS. I made homemade coolant filters (temporary) and it got up to 230F before I could get home. (Took a big risk I guess) Pulled the screens and they were clogged.
RH 75% clogged
LH 90% clogged

Do you need a better more permenant coolant filter solution? I'm a loud advocate for these both on old cars and my diesel work trucks.
Lots of options but my god if thats what you pull after 50 miles imagine the **** in the system...rad...heater core.
The tebfa metal strainers are junk. In line full flow servicable magnetic filteration is needed.
pm me I can link you to some stuff on that subject.
