Default rack upgrade

hi all,
does this (# 1 in picture) remain on the car when fitting blue superpro bushes washers and tubes?
pls
and does it matter which way round C27775 antiroll mount brackets below the shock bottom mount with a tapered side go?

The bracketry in the photo may not even be there. It is essentially performing the job of a spacer or of a big flat washer to pad out the space so the rack bushes fit the welded brackets snugly. The attachment points for the rack are welded onto the subframe. It is important that the heat shields are put back correctly though, or the bushes will degrade quite quickly, I was told.

The anti-roll bar droplink bracket that fits as part of the lower wishbone/shock bracketry is handed. The two sides are the mirror image of one another, so they will only go correctly one way. If on the wrong way round the drop link will not line up properly.
