Attention all Jaguar XJS and Ford Motor Co fans! Coming up for sale soon is a very unique opportunity to own a pristine, all original 1995 Jaguar XJS V12 2+2 Convertible with only 23, 795 original miles that was special ordered and owned by Donald Petersen, CEO of Ford Motor Co shortly after their takeover of Jaguar. After the first 20 years of its life living in California, it returned to Michigan where it was always climate controlled garage kept, never winter driven, and especially well taken care of along with being meticulously maintained and regularly serviced. The car came in a beautiful Sapphire Blue over cream leather interior package. Included is a folder of service/maintenance records, original car cover and radio (aftermarket Alpine currently installed), and brand new Pirelli tires. Feel free to post or message me directly with any questions or even to come take a look. I will post again if/when BringATrailer accepts my application for auction on their website. Thanks for looking!
These are only a few of the pictures I have. Along with them are plenty of service records from the day the car was purchased until present. They will all be in the BAT listing or if anyone would like to see them, as I previously stated I'd be happy to answer any questions or provide more information on the car including documentation.
Its a very pretty, clean, straight, automobile. It should generate some interest.
Too bad its a facelift version, a pre HE that looked like that would have me drooling all over it. I don't think they had convertibles that early, though
Hey everyone I do apologize for the delay but unfortunately due to a recent injury I've been away from my computer/phone. As for an update I have a few buyers interested and travelling to come see the car before I decide whether or not to list the car on BringATrailer who have also accepted my request for an auction listing. I will post with any further updates. Thanks again for looking.
