Agreed. I drive mine year round, it’s meant to be driven. Just the engineer in me that questioned the free play. Going to take it for coffee this morning (if it starts, it’s 8F)…

Despite anecdotal findings, a bearing set with that much free play is still loading only *one* roller in the bearing at a time.. Good thing it's substantially overbuilt )
