Top Line Jaguar, in Springfield, VA has a working PDU and specializes in Jaguars.

Bad thing about them is that their communication is horrendous, and they're usually very busy, so expect to be without a car for a few weeks when you have a problem that cannot be easily diagnosed.

There are no shortages of good mechanics in NoVA, and there's not much about the car that would require you to use a Jaguar specialist. I am happy with the service I get at a local shop, in Cherrydale, VA. (Cherrydale Motors)

 

I've used London Auto in Merrifield a few times. They are a bit pricey, but did very good work.
I also used Overseas Imports in Sterling. They were also good but pricey.
