Default should I replace the FI harness?

My V12 has 138000 kms on it now. or - roughly 84000 miles on it. Should I replace the fuel injection harness? or carry on as is.

Absolutely NO question. Replace it.

If not, you can look forward to:
  • Fire at worst and very likely; or
  • Raw fuel streaming into the cylinders non-stop (the failure mode is injectors open all the time);
Not that dear a factory harness (compared with the disaster alternatives) and if you can DIY, much cheaper.
