Slight Blow

Slight Blow
One of my exhaust down pipe to manifold joints seems to have developed a slight blow, it's not bad but I like it silent. It's more of a p p p p noise and its on the left bank ( looking forward from windscreen ).
Whats the best/easiest way of tackling this bearing in mind that if I do it myself it would be done in the garage just with axle stands and jacks.
From what I can see the whole exhaust system looks to be in very good order.

Not sure if this will help much as my memory is a bit foggy and my experience is on an LHD '88 5.3 V12, but.....
I recall the A-bank side (non-steering side on a LHD car) headpipe being fairly easy to remove. The headpipe-to-manifold nuts were all easily accessible from either topside (using a ring spanner) or from below (using sockets and extensions) and, on my car at least, the headpipe wasn't rusted solid to the aft parts of the system....so it was fairly simple to wriggle the headpipe free and lower it out from under the car.
I don't think I ever removed the B-bank side (steering side on a LHD car) but recollect that it would've been more difficult.
To just replace the headpipe olives/donuts you might well be able to simply let the headpipe drop down a few inches rather than actually removing it from the car.
If I understand your post correctly the leak is on the non-steering side so I think you'll find the task reasonably easy.
Others will chime in.
Cheers
