Torque specs for XJS engine rods

I´m having the connecting rod bearings and the main rod bearings changes on my 88 xjs. Does anyone know the recommended torque for the main rod and the connecting rod?

Factory specs are:

Con rod big end = 40 to 41 Lb Ft

Crankshaft main bearing = 62.5 Lb ft max.
