Trouble after installing new battery
Last week I was looking forward to drive again since my new battery finally came in. (I namely noticed that the current battery was only 55Ah, which I decided to replace with a new 63Ah.)
When I hooked the new battery up, I installed the positive first. When I installed the negative it sparked quite a bit, and I heard some noise coming from the front of the vehicle.
Then I tried starting it up, and just as I feared the startermotor rotates but no ignition. I also noticed that both my clock and radio don't work anymore. So I've obviously blown some fuses, but
does it make sense that it won't even start now? And what are the best things to check first; could it be that the starter relay has burned up?
PS Recently the ignition conversion kit as been installed, so there shouldn't be any problems in that part
