V12 5 speed Getrag conversion
I am in the middle of this conversion and am in need of the pilot bushing.
O.D.= .765”
I.D.= .50”
we’re stuck until we get this part. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

A machine shop should be able to make one pretty easily. And since it's so simple shouldn't cost too much either. Good Luck hope it helps.
Another thought comes to mind American Powertrain should be able to source one for you. They are known for being able to put a Stick in just about anything.

Thanks. The pilot bushing that was included was .750”. We were told to add a collar of roughly .0017”. We fabricated a collar and installed the piece. We got it to fit perfectly.
Thanks for your input. Now, on to the 5 sp. Getrag installation.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate your thoughts. We have resolved the pilot bushing challenge. My mechanic is offfor a couple of weeks. Nupon his return, we should be able to finish fairly quickly. Ben Thomson at Simply Performance has been extremely helpful along the way. I highly recommend them for the conversion. They are currently completing the R&D for a conversion using a Tremec 5 or 6 speed.
