The only thing that would've been better is not leaving the connection loose in the first place ! I was pretty thorough about this sort of thing during the conversion process....but obviously I slipped-up in this case!

Two more weeks gone by. Still working perfectly; no stalling out. I'm definitely scratching this off my worry list. This is quite a relief. It's no fun driving when you're always wondering if the engine will unexpectedly conk out....especially in city traffic when there's no opportunity to coast to the side of the road.

Also happy to report that the engine is running at normal temperature in 100ºF/38ºC ambient temps.....even in city traffic.

I've always thought there was nothing wrong with the V12's cooling system when it is maintained and kept clean.
