Default Vacuum tank manifold

This parts illustration shows 2 manifold adaptors I can only find 1 on my car.. Where is the 2nd one situated pls

If you mean part number 15 and the other bit also labelled to manifold, I have a feeling that on some markets there was a requirement to have a vacuum-brake source on both manifolds of a V engine. UK cars only have to one.
