Default WANTED: V12 Grill Emblem

I'm looking for a V12 Grill Emblem that is in good condition.

I have looked at most of the usual places and it appears that the NOS parts are gone and I don't think this emblem was ever reproduced. All thats left is to look for used ones.

If you have one to offer please contact me.

Thank you!

Mark

I wonder if you can use a plastic headlight restoration kit. I used it on my wifes PT Cruiser and it worked great. Half way through you will think you ruined it but it comes back to life. Check it on a place not seen to check results.
I also used it on my xjs Tail light and it brightened them up too.

Restoring the face of the emblem is no problem. Its the chrome plating that is the challenge. Nothing that comes out of a spray can looks as shiny.

Also, the one I have has a broken mounting tab so I'd have to glue it to the grill to keep it attached. I'd prefer to find another one that is in good condition and can be attached properly.

The search continues........

It just so happens that I have an extra one you can have. I made a post a while back that the one that is on my car now is silver and while digging through my garage I found one that is gold. Come to find out the gold color is what they ALL looked like when new and that they fade to the silver color. I like the silver as nothing else on the car is gold. My email is paceapproval@gmail.com if you want to see some pics I would be more than happy to provide them. I can't seem to get pics uploaded on this site.
