If recording from a phone it is almost worth the investment to get a $15 microphone attachment with the wind sock, huge difference in quality vs the metallic audio sound from an embedded mic

 

Yes definitely worth it. The car is better to drive and sounds like a sports car.

Headphones sounds almost exactly realistic if you haven't already tried it. (Recorded on iPhone 7 Plus)

Very accurate with my headphones.
