Somewhere in-between -38 and -43 my fuel separator separated deposited about 5 gallons (everything) and then resealed itself....................
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
l did however take this as a sign , sold my Supra and am doing the deed for a lovely 83 V12 in Jewish racing gold, the Liberaces are getting swapped for a set of Kents in the deal.
The logic/justification is ''it will make fault eliminating so much easier and insure one will always be available......................................... ......LMAO , i can see that being used again '' l brought another one for reliability purposes''
Looks like coolant? Maybe in the cold everything shrunk and the seal let go on a hose? Or something plastic cracked? My 94 has never done that.
Thanks, but in order for it to be coolant it would have had to plumb itself into the fuel separator, migrate up hill and change colour from green to red.............................my car is weird, but not that weird
No, nothings split, its all new anyways. lt hasnt leaked since, i guess its a flaw either manufactured or corrosion that shows when metal contracts at that temp, weird though as it came from Lethbridge area and it get beyond cold there.
Jewish Racing Gold?
Don't remember seeing that on the Jaguar colour chart.
lt was only available to The Chosen by special order.
.............its a moot point now anyways. l got a message from the seller this morning saying that (after 2 weeks of advertising) another buyer had just this very morning messaged him and would be there tonight cash in hand as hes just down the road..................... and can he have some more money from me if i still want it. l rather unceremoniously declined and wished them all the very best together.
