Question Which years are compatible with 1982?

I have a 1982 V12 HE coupe and I'm wanting to get a parts car. Does anyone know which years are compatible with my 1982 OR where I can find that information?

Thanks for any help

Parts car a great idea! Any model from the first HE V12 (about 1981) until the interior changes in 1987 is 100% compatible. In 1987 the seats changed to slightly narrower 'Recaro' type units, the aircon to the Delanaire Mk III and switchgear on the column changed to chunkier Ford-sourced items. Everything else the same until the Marelli engine management system introduced in about 1989/90. Even these the body, transmission etc unchanged.

Facelift cars are far more different and unsuitable as parts cars for HEs.

Thanks so much Greg, I had a feeling that there was a good sized year range from which to choose. Right now I'm looking at a 1984 but wanted to make sure I could use it's parts before I purchased it.
