Yet another "What is it"
Two connectors going nowhere.
Left side of the engine compartment just in front of the relays.
One pic shows how they sit in the car the other shows the plugged ends.

I am not certain as I don't have an AJ6, but it looks same as on my 1993 V12 which has a barometric sensor located there that connects to auto transmission (GM 4L80E)

I looked up "XJS barometric sensor" and it looks like it has one 3 pin connector. Is this what you're describing? If so, That's not it. But thanks for the reply.
