Finished my cabin mods to add backup camera monitor, USB player (via FM modulator), Coolant temperature (ECT resistance), and car voltage. The monitor is powered with a side switch from the fuse panel, using a wireless backup camera above the license plate (powered by a tap on rear lights). Easy to run the wires behind the upper vents by removing the console trim and display. This allows its use by just having the headlights on. The FM modulator plugs into the cig lighter in the center console, wires hidden by a matching burl cover I fabricated. The switched cig lighter (to the right of the voltage meters) powers the FM modulator and meters (and a dash cam on the upper windscreen) The dual digital meters above the ash try location display car voltage and ECT voltage. The ECT is a negative temp coef sensor, powered by the ECM. I tapped the sensor wire at the connector above the left hand fuel rail, and ran a wire to the dash area, and then to the left mini voltage digital meter. It does not display degrees, but is easily translated.
